Cathak Ieparif Malador

Malador is one of the more remarkable members of the Cathak Ieparif family. His mother and father were mortals as were the two generations before that. He was born right before the end of the Third Age, he was 12 when the Games of Divinity were destroyed. Three years later, he exalted during a ceremony declaring his brother one of the princes of the Dominica Empire. While the ceremony continued on, there was no question on who would be taking over the empire.

Less than a year later, Malador already began the process of gaining control of his parent's kingdom. It started fairly obviously. He volunteered to help with majordomo duties, but when that was turned down, he integrated himself with the military. From there, he continue to take on more and more duties, using his terrestrial abilities to their full strength to quickly cement a power base for himself.

As his parents aged, he continued to take on more and more duties. Surprisingly, he was well liked and admired by his underlings. When his father died of old age, nothing changed because he had already gained control of the kingdom. His mother lived five years beyond that before she passed away. There was no question of poison or subterfuge; Malador was also genuinely upset when his parents died. His brother died some years later, in a war. Up to that point, his brother was his strongest supporter.

In the years that followed, he was married four times. His first two wives were mortals, but his third and fourth were both lost egg Terrestrials. The second and third wife both died in battle while the first died of unknown reasons. His current wife, a young Cathak Ieparif Tepeka, is an unassuming woman who he gives control of the city infrastructure while he focuses on the military aspects of the empire.

In the last hundred years, Malador has grown increasingly more aggressive in his expansionist policies. His belief that Dragon-Blooded are the Kings of Earth has continued to grow. Most of the kingdoms around him, he wants to install Terrestrial leadership. He didn't touch the Manifest of Claws, mainly because of the Manifest Lord of Claws. He personally can't stand Caretaker of the Divine Flock due to personal differences.

In the years, Malador has sired 14 children total and seven have exalted. From his current wife, his two sons and one daughter have all Exalted.
