This Charm is identical to Elemental Bolt Attack in all respects except for the following. First, each mote spent on the burst inflicts only one level of lethal damage. Second, the burst inflicts damage across a circular area with a radius equal to the Dragon-Blood's permanent Essence in yards. See text for further details.
