Hutten is the temporary leader of the Seven Towns. He is considered temporary because he isn't a Dragon-Blooded. Instead, he is waiting for Cathak Ieparif Malador to find a terrestrial to take over. Originally, Cathak Ieparif Ramosai was slated to take over the Seven Towns, but Ramosai was reassigned by his cousin to the Manifest of Claws.
